General Information

The New Zealand Working Holiday Visa is available to young people aged 18-30 or 18-35 for nationals of certain countries.

If your application for this visa is successful, you will be entitled to travel and work in the country for up to 12 months.

Citizens of the UK or Canada can stay in New Zealand for up to 23 months on this visa.

Eligibility

You can apply for this visa if:

Must be between 18 and 30 years of age (or 18 to 35 where applicable)
Hold a passport from an eligible country
You must be of good health, and good character (no criminal convictions)
